How to obtain succession certificate for claim of ppf account? Whether all names listed in the legal heir certificate wil be listed in succession certificate also? In the legal heir certificate of my husband ...myself , my son and mother -in- law names are there. Please advice me ..thanks

You have to file succession original petition in the concerned court.all the legal heirs should be included and as stated by you all the legal heirs will be in the court's order.thereafter you can get consent letter from others to give you the amount.

if the deceased person is in chennai then jointly apply for succession certificate in High Court authourising one person from other person to get succession certificate. you can make claim for all the movable and immovable properties of the deceased.

You will have to apply before the appropriate Court for obtaining Succession Certificate narrating all the details. Any one can apply. But the Certificate will be issued in favour of all the persons found in the legal heir certificate.
