How to initiate early hearing of a case
19-Feb-2023 (In Civil Law)
Sir there is a case pending in chd high court since 2002 . But in both lower court decided the case in our favour. But now in nov2016 case was fixed for hearing but case againf fixed on 14 feb 2017. But on 14 feb case was not in casue list. Meanwhile there are two petition filed. Y appleant oppisite party . That petition status is delivered . But nou we did not have any idea.about case and that petition matter. How can i know about the petition matter and how can it is possible for early hearing of case
Hello sir.apki problem smj nhi aa.rhi h agr .cause list me entry nhi thi to app net pr search kr lete or app ka case kon se court me h court me jo decision hua vo apke counsel ko pta hoga.
