How to go about distribution of family owned property

.myself rajkishore from orissa, my father has some parental proporties, my father had marred first and she had one son after that the first mother is diead and then my father had marred second and then we have one son and two doughters and then my father had dead and now we are two son and two doughters .then how these proporties will distribute please assist me
Two wives offsprings will divide equally and if they have undersyanding then they can make a mutual partition agreement in civil court to avail 4 children 1/4 each.I ndian succession act says 2wives equal share but other option is there

Let me know whether you are Hindu, Muslim or Christian. If Hindu then the property will divided equally between all the legal hair of your father. If your father died prior to 2005 then daughter s will get less share in ancestral property
