how to file execution and stay order

I had paid my earlier landlord amount which seems 2 b waived off by my current landlord my rent receipts were robbed I lodged FIR in 2007 nd later on d now landlord has already taken decree my lawyers nos d chance 4 stay and plaintiff is filed n execution after I put obstructionist pls guide me on that

Good afternoon! Your question is quite ambiguous. I cannot understand everything. From whatever i could understand, you said that the rent has been waived off. Unless i know what decree has been passed, i cannot say much but you can always go to a higher court to challenge the decree which went against you.

I need more details about the rental property in question. What connection do the two landlords have with each other? Did you make payments to your landlord in cash? What is the decree you are talking about?
