How to file complaint against getting threathned

I recently purchased a property on the name of my wife. Sale deed has been executed properly before the honorable magistrate.There was an commitment from the seller that he will sell the said property on the price of circle rate,.i paid him according to that. But after registering the documents he threatned me that he will file a civil n criminal case against me coz i paid him less as per the market rate. What should i do now kindly help

Whether there is any other agreement between both the parties. If no, then what are the details of sale deed and what basis he is threatening you if there are any other issue please make clear because there should be something for filing any case or complaint
