How to file an case against a person who submitted his forge documents

someone is doing his govt.teacher job with fake M.Sc degree and during session 2009 to 2010 he has done his job in two places private school as well as govt.school. attendence record of that session get by me through rti. he is regular in m.sc in chaudhary charan singh university but on the other hand, he is also regular in govt.school register record i had got it through rti. how i registered a case against him.
well all you can do is file a application to the nearest head of police and before you make that application get it drafted by a professional who has experience in such applications and then pursue the same accordingly

Make a complaint to Local police station regarding these information from RTI and also make complaint to both educational institution.

Forgery and using of forged document with an intention of cheating and using it as a genuine document is an offence under IPC punishable with an imprisonment of maximum of 7 years. You can lodge an FIR against him under section - 463 , 465, 468 and 471
