How to file an appeal for IA order

An IA order has been passed against defendent from PRINCIPAL SENOIR CIVIL JUDGE in a PARTISION SUIT case, valuation of the property is more than 10,00,000.Can we go for APPEAL against this IA order in HIGH COURT? In how many months High Court Will take to Order? Is it useful for dependent to go for APPEAL in HIGH COURT? I am an Hindu

u can file writ petition before Hon'ble High court for your relief on interim order. on final order u can file appeal. now u have two remedy one to file MA in district court or writ petition depend on valuation

You are not stated on What I A, the order is passed and what is the exact prayer in the Application. As to your question, you can challenge the said order in the High Court by writ petition( GM CPC) or you can file the appeal in the appellate court. The reference of the matter to the High court and the Appellate court is depend on the nature of the I.A.. Here you not mentioned the nature of I A . Please contact any counsel and he will guide you.

You have not mentioned what relief you prayed in IA. If no appeal is provided against the order on IA, You can file Writ Petition under Article 227 of Constitution. No one can say how much time High Court will take to dispose the matter.If you are really aggrieved by the order on IA, it is useful or necessary to approach High court. Your religion is not relevant in this case
