I need to rectify my sale deed in that plot Number got changed which we didn't notice the number mentioned in the sale deed is 28 but it should change to 35. But plot 35 is registered in someone else name. The first party is ready to rectify it. Am i eligible to get title of the property.

one can rectify the sale deed by registering rectification deed at any time, provided both parties agree for the same. in your case, first party is ready. but the plot no. 35 is registered in some other's name. if he too agrees for rectification, then it is easy. otherwise, you have file suit for declaration before competent court
