How to file a case against illegal tea stall?

There is an illegal tea stall in huda plot which is in front of civil hospital Fatehabad. Can i file a civil case against him as he has opened an illegal tea shop

Yes you file a litigation against him. You can sue him for permanent injunction in the civil court Civil judge junior division and after the court order on stay application in your favour you are eligible to move the tea stall

Firstly you should file a complaint regarding this to police.Second if these tea stall is in your property then you have a absolute right to file civil suit as well as criminal complaint for tresspass against them.But if these tea stalls are not in your property you should file the complaint for public interest before the proper authority.Like-Police,Muncipal Committee,SDM,DC.
