dear sir! I am a student studying msc computer science in vrips, nellore.i used to study very well, I failed in one subject but I did write my exam very well, but university is doing like this for money, so I want to file a case against university, please give me advice.......!

Dear client, without proper evidence u can not file a case against university. So, Go for revaluation and also there is a provision to apply for Copies of Ur answer sheet. So , First of all, apply for revaluation and also apply for the Copy of ur answer Booklet l. Once you receives the copy , u will consult any professior related to the subject . if he satisfies that u r eligible for more marks, then u can file a case against the institution.
