How to evict people Illegally living in our land

My father have land in cuttuck...but due to his sister married life problem ...he asked her to stay with his children...and my father is doing job in Jamshedpur and he was staying there....but after retirement of job....these people are not moving...she is not my father's own sister.. ..they have been staying in this land more than 20 years ...in these case what should we do..
Their is two different way to evict them 1st one is under civil procedure code and 2nd one is under criminal procedure code . Under civil procedure code your father will file suit for eviction and under criminal procedure code advice him to file complain case

More than 13 years of possession can claim adverse possession.Civil suit for eviction is time taking.So you have two options.Either through police by filling an144 in DCP court ctc or use muscle power after talks fail with them.First one of you cone and force fully stay here.
