How to Deseal a shop sealed by MCD few years back

Desealing a shop which is sealed by MCD few years back while sealing the entire property which include our shop since the address was same.

Municipality often seals/ demolishes illegal structures and the solution is to legalise it in payment of penal amount which I believe you did not do. So you can legalise it even now on payment of penalty if the Municipality so approves. The penalty for deviation varies from place to place and sum percentage of deviation is allowed subject to payment of the penalty.

If your shop is not liable to be sealed first of all you send a representation to the concerned authority of MCD inter alias contending your right and relief. In case you does not get favorable response you may file a civil suit for Mandatory Injunction for desealing of Shop.
