Dear sir,
You write to the service provider for your complaint. If they are not taken any steps file case in consumer forum for remedy.

You can file a case for party in person or through Advocate. If any further clarification let me know.

First contact the service provider to disconnect all the value added services which you do not want and request them to provide the data usage statement for verification. If there is any discrepancy, you may point out the same to them. If they do not act upon it, you may ignore the payment since they have disconnected your number and take a new one. If they try to disturb you, you may issue a legal notice warning them for the same. They cannot do anything with your aadhar card or any licences which you have provided them. They can only file a civil suit for money recovery against you and you can easily fight back or file consumer complaint in the consumer forum.
