How to deal with a case of cheating

I sell my computer and PS4 to someone and he promises to pay in 30 days but he didn't pay me for 2 months he used my computer and PS4 for his cyber and then after 2 months he say I don't need your things you can take them, what should I do ?
whether he promises to pay in 30 days is oral promise or written promise. oral promise has no valu at all. u can not take legal action on the basis of oral promise. so first to give u advise it must clear about the fact.
