How to complaint against second marriage to be held as illegal?

recently my father(Hindu) did second marriage and when I searched in all the websites the second marriage Is illegal.actually my question is can I go and take my father back to my home if else who can stop me while I take my father with me.

you can file a criminal case against the lady and take back your father if you have all the relevant documents like marriage certificates, marraige photos and your id proofs and your mother's id proof etc.,

It is true that second marriage is serious offence Under section 494 of I.P.C, however to succeed in such case you need to have some documentary evidence to show that second marriage has taken place. As your father would try to take plea of extra marital and illicit relationship which may not fall under the purview of sec 494

Second marriage is illegal as the first spouse is alive. Second spouse do not have any legal right. You can bring back your father to your home. But, Your father should show willing for your proposal.

in your question you did not mention whether your mother is alive or not if your mother is alive then second marriage of your father is illegal, if your mother is not alive then the second marriage is valid.
