Dear Mam,
You should first file a police complaint against the atrocities faced by you.Secondly, you should file a suit of partition to get your as well as your children's share in the property. It should be done immediately

If it is your husband 's property, you and your children have right to live there besides the legal right of ownership. ( I presume, there is no WILL ). For restoration of electricity and water, you can approach the court. You can also get the property by filing suit. No one can sell the house ( your husband 's share which will come to you and your daughters ) till you give your consent. So be brave and strong and fight for your right. No one can beat you, be strong. If it is so, you can also approach the court and get relief. In case, you have any problem, you can also call the police and approach the court.
