How to claim for monetary benifits

Sir My father is working as office subordinate in TS genco and he also worked as contract employee and supreme court given judgement as from 2005 they are applicable for monetary benefits and TS genco order was also given same as from 30 Dec 2005.can you explain what are monetary benefits and how can we apply or change to that Job and my father also completed diploma in civil engineering.

monetary benefits means the amounts which are entitled by your father for his services rendered to the department. You can made representations to the authorities concerned, they will draw the cheques in favour of your father if everything is good

Dear Client,
Information is insufficient. You must produce the complaint filed before Supreme Court and objections filed by Government Advocate who represented TS Genco and complete order of the Supreme Court. In the Order it self the benefits will be given.
