How to claim compensation for closure of a franchise

23-Mar-2023 (In Civil Law)
Query: My friend had a retail ready-made garment franchise of a famous brand. The terms of agreement said that he would be offered fixed commission on sales and he will bear all expenses except the rent. The investment was huge. Suddenly company says that due to low sales they have close down the store. I'm suffering huge loss and they are ready to take the furniture but not ready to pay him anything. Do you think legal remedy is possible? He's all life time earning was in that shop.

You have remedy but without studying the agreements in full it will not be proper to commit or advice in negative of positive
Agreement of franchise between the brand and your friend is important and is the backbone of transaction between them first show me the agreements in full .From first page to last page .
