How to challenge perjury case dismissed by court?

A Registration Department took inconsistent stands in lower court as well High Court as to Claimant point of view for a property dispute. A 340 CrPc complaint was filed in this regard in the original court where the Case was filed, clearly showing perjury. The Respondent Registration Department accepted the perjury allegation and remained exparte. Even then the courts are dismissing the complaint. What could be the reasons?

The reasons for dismissing the the complaint u/s 340 crpc may vary from case to case, in your case, going by the question, i believe, there is lack of evidence to prove perjury or no illegality on the part of the respondent/accused.
