How to challenge an injuction order

hello, I want to file a case against an injunction order taken by my neighbour. As my house is at the entrance of the lane which is 'T' junction is usually park my car by road side, but a person has secure an injunction stating that I am blocking the passage that lead to his house. Is there anything that I can do to get over this court order.

yes, go can appeal before the juridictional appellate court and set aside the injuction order obtained by your neighbour, if it not a exparte order i.e., if the injuction order is obtained in your absence

You need to just follow the court order and do it accordingly if you think whatever you have done/doing correct then definitely you have a right to revert to that injunction order by written statement through an advocate or yourself but court really thinks there an issue with what you have done then you need to face the penalty.
