How to cancel voucher of court fee

Hello madam, I have a voucher of court fee 50% return in the name of my grandfather. And my grandfather is no more.I have to cancle this voucher and it would be issue by the legal heirs of my father. So what should I do?
You need to communicate with the admin department in court premises looking after court fees and it's refund. They will guide you the procedural guidelines in order to help you with refund which is in name of your grandfather.
