How to calculate land prize compensation

31-May-2023 (In Civil Law)
Need your advice in a fraudulent matter.Had transferred some money to a relative s account for land acquisition.Acquired land on relative's name.now i want my money back as we no more have cordial relations obviously with interest rate applicable as I am currently in non working state and raising two children.its clear that I am being deceived by the relative. As i had given money to invest in land at a particular land prize.now that the land prize had increased should I expect appropriate compensation based on today's land value.

Respected Client,
I read your query and came to the conclusion that if you have the records to show that you have given a certain amount to your relatives by way of cheque or bank transfer or any way to show that you removed a huge amount from bank via pass book record then yes, you can get your money back.
Thank you.
