How to attend court hearing via VC video conference

Hi team,nI don`t know what categories need to select but I selected abovenMy wife created two cases 498 in Andhra, and DVC/Main in Telangana to make me/my family members inconvenience.nIs there a way that I can ask/apply to attend hearings VC(video conference)?nIf yes that document/Petition do I need to apply?nPlease assist me with clear details

hi if the persons are staying abroad then you could file petition for video confercing but if they are staying in some other state then you could file petition to dispense with the presence of the appearance of the persons in the petition

There are three options for your query 1. Can approach High Court for Dispense with your personal appearance in DVC 2. Can approach to High Court for quash petition 3.File a transferred petition from one court to another court.
