My father had missed 7 years ago and we had registered his absence in a police station.police was unable to find him so now what is the procedure to apply for his death certificate.........

You would be required to file a Civil Suit for Declaration seeking a declaration that your father, on account of being missing and untraceable for more than 7 years, may be treated as deceased.
You would have to approach the Civil Court of the jurisdiction where your father was registered as missing.
