How property can be retained if registered by taking fake signature

1992 my uncle got a settlement from my grandmother and is documented (20rs bond paper) but not registered. Last year my uncle again without explaining the content knowledge, he'd got a signature from her which later on turns out be the land property document.is it possible to retain my grandmother property
Dear Sir,
Any number of signatures on bond papers by your grand mother cannot transfer the property in the name of your uncle. There must be registered gift deed, sale deed etc, If already changed then challenge the same before appropriate forum.

Hi, you need to an advocate to file a civil suit and criminal case on your uncle for illegal documentation related to transfer of property from your grandmother to your uncle. The person who is transferring should be well aware of the contents/purpose/beneficiaries of the transfer. If your grandmother is not aware of the purpose for which her signature was taken on the document by your uncle, then the criminal case of fraud and cheating will have to be filed along with the civil suit to declare the document which is held by your uncle as void and null.
