I have a client who owes around 5 lakh rupees and have not made payment for about 2 months. I have the bill, delivery receipt and call recordings.

A criminal complaint for the same would be filed and also a suit for recovery would be filed which would take around 1 to 1 and a half year of the tenure and your payment that is stuck will surely be recovered.
