If you so wish, you can file a Transfer Petition in Supreme court of India. We have to give reasonable justification as why you want to transfer case from Delhi to Mumbai. If the court allows your transfer petition, your case will be transferred to Mumbai jurisdiction

you need to file a transfer petition in the supreme court and give valid reasons as to the transfer of the cases including the evidences for the same. the court if satisfied will transfer the cases to bombay

Once you move to Bombay and gets settled there than you can file a transfer petition before supreme court under section 25 of CPC. And only by filing the transfer petition you will be able to get transfer your cases from Delhi to Bombay

You must approach the Supreme Court, and file a Transfer Petition, through an Advocate-on-Record.
As there seems to be considerable merit in your case, the Court should be inclined to rule in your favour and transfer the cases to Mumbai.
