How can I take legal action against my neighbour

Hello sir/madam I want to take a legal stand against my neighbour. Actually I'm started a small business recently. And they are jealous from me about them. I'm alone. I am not able to fight with him. He always fight with me to take a minor un-essential thing.and always threatens to shut down the business.what will be legal way to stand a action to him. Thank you

Dear Client, The most effective solution in the present case is to file a complain petition in the concerned District Court. In order to file a complaint petition you have to file a petition mentioning all your neighbour wrong doing with you and how it hampers you business.
