How can I stop someone from affecting my house due to consturction

Dear sir/mam I am belongs from a village Banarsi. Near city Khanouri dist sangrur. Some of my neighbour made a anaj mandi in front of my house. And now they made there gate higher than the street . but I made no complain because it acquired 25% street. Now they are making a whole cube of street higher than the nearby street. It will make my room damage because they use tractor to load anaj( kanak, jiri, bajra etc.) One day tractor come back and hitted my room. But I can't do anything because they are from rich family and I am a poor. They are now making a whole portion of street higher than mine side. This will my house lower then the street so plz sir help me
You can move civil court to get an injunction order for that you have to file a civil suit. Rich or poor every body is equal before the courts. I don't think he will be in a position to influence. For removal of nuisance you file applications before SDM and you cam also move high court for your relief
