How can I know list of cases pending against a person

Hello, We have a plot in Bangalore and the developer who developed the layout has forged documents to make another registration, he has PRINTED KHATA IN HIS HOUSE and registered property to his wife. There are many case pending against him by different people, My question is, how can i know the list of cases pending against a person?

There is no easy way to identify the list of cases pending against a person, unless you do a case name search in every forum. However, it would be advisable to procure an encumbrance certificate from the Registrar of properties in relation to the said layout and see who he has agreed to sell the property to, apart from you.
