Hi
You have to file a suit for permanent injunction against your grand father's descendants under order 39 Rule 1 and 2 of the Civil Procedure Code asking the court to restrain your grand father's descendants from interfering in the peaceful possession and enjoyment of your property.

Dear Client,
Whether it is registered partition deed or not. You can file a suit for injunction restraining the descendants of your grand father from encroaching into your property. You must take expert legal assistance for filing a civil suit. Engage an expert advocate who deals in civil suits like partition to get remedy.
