How can i file a defamation case

Could you please explain how to file a defemation case ?please suggest can i get the online forms to file the case?My cousin brother is occupying our agriculture land in the terms of yards/inches slowly and disturbing a lot to our crops and workers in my land.He is abusing us also,So what actions i can take on him legally and how can i file a acse on him for damaging?In the same way how can i be safe side while i am filing a case on him?Please suggest.

In you queary, you asked two questions.1) Restrain the your cousin brother and his henchmens from your land property and safe gaurd the your crop.
2) filing of Defamation case against your brother.
First you should contact a Advocate and get the injunction order from court for restrain yoyr brother.
Than you go for second one.
In india not yet started online filing of case.it will take some more days for online.

Defamation cant be possible in this case you need to complaint in local PS about the issue or else explain clearly to an advocate to have a better result from it in order to legally, he may start with arbitration or filing a suit against your cousin brother by issuing a legal notice.
