How can a daughter claim share in father property

As my father in law has two daughter and no son. He is selling property and giving to her second sister. What legal action can be taken against him?

You are entitled to get a share in your father's property. If your father is not ready to give you, you can file a title suit in the concerned civil court. You can file an application before Mahila Aayog also regaoyour grievance

As per law of the land daughters have equal rights in property and no body can deny the same. I advice you to contact a good lawyer, apprise him about all facts, documents and act accordingly as per his advice.

You file a partition suit against father sister . And injection petetion also file along with this partition suit civil court father home district. Injection petetion allow then your father not sell any property pending this suit
