Electric wires supply power to homes for lighting and appliances, typically comprising live, neutral, and earth conductors that enter the property through a service head from an external source, either overhead or underground. They pass through an electricity meter and a main fuse or MCB (Miniature Circuit Breaker) before being distributed to various household circuits. However, if high-voltage power lines run above your house, it can pose safety and legal concerns. In such cases, it is advisable to contact the electricity board or power transmission department to check compliance with safety regulations, and seek legal advice to understand your rights and possible courses of action.

Dear client better if you contact us then I will elaborate properly about your case anyways you should send a Representation before District Magistrate about that issue as well as Electricity Department about that and then move a writ petition before Hon'ble High Court where you may get justice. if the high tension wire was prior your house construction then you have no option and if the high tension wire after your house construction then you may remove it by representing the appropriate authorities or by filing case in the competent court.
