Hi, my divorce got finalised in 2016 as a an ex partee. As of now there are cases of Maintenance and custody of my child going on. I want to apply for passport for first time, what documents will be required ? Do I need to get permission from court I'm this case? I don't want my ex-husband to know about this.

hello and regards ..... if your divorce was granted in 2016, it is finalised now and 125 and dv act cases donot stop you from going abroad just cross verify if there is any criminal complaint against you... then you are good to go and if you need further expert advise mh team will help you
