HEADMASTER OF AIDED SCHOOL REFUSES TO PROVIDE INFORMATION UNDER RTI AC

The headmaster of a government-aided school refuses to provide any information under RTI Act, 2022. The Public Information Officer (PIO) completely ignores the RTI applications and the headmaster, who is also the First Appellate Authority, doesn't hold any hearings. nnThe current matter is that the headmaster has challenged the order of the Ld. Information Commissioner (Mumbai) imposing a fine of Rs. 25000/- upon him, in the Hon'ble High Court being Writ Petition No. WP/344/2020. He has not serve me any copy of the Writ as wellWhat should I do now?nnPlease helpnnAbdul Aziz [email protected]
Well, you can think on the lines of getting him suspended or terminated from his job, so that, he should not more remain the Headmaster over there. You have to prove the ground of Professional Misconduct against him to get him terminated.
