The headmaster of a government-aided school refuses to provide any information under RTI Act, 2022. The Public Information Officer (PIO) completely ignores the RTI applications and the headmaster, who is also the First Appellate Authority, doesn't hold any hearings. nnThe current matter is that the headmaster has challenged the order of the Ld. Information Commissioner (Mumbai) imposing a fine of Rs. 25000/- upon him, in the Hon'ble High Court being Writ Petition No. WP/344/2020. Well, you can think on the lines of getting him suspended or terminated from his job, so that, he should not more remain the Headmaster over there. You have to prove the ground of Professional Misconduct against him to get him terminated.

Kindly appear before the Hon'ble High Court and inform the Hon'ble Justice that you have not been served with the copy of the Writ Petition. As the case in pending, you can not obtain any kind of information under RTI as that is not allowed. Now you have to go before the Hon'ble High Court only to seek relief you wish for.
