Harassment from brother in law by creating nuisance

We are from Hindu family.we have house my father in law and my husband name in the property sale deed. Ground floor my husband myself are staying 1st floori have my in-laws staying we were taking care of them. Off let my husband's younger brother who was absconding gave entry to my in laws house and started to be very nice to them and brainwashed to sell property and they tried to sell without my husband's knowledge we got to know and got injunction on property. M Now brother in law is harassing us every day and night by cheap gimics like not allowing us to park our car blocking our gate and so on using abusive languages even police complaint has not worked in him. Please let me know if I can stop this nuisance. Is there any legal solution a notice to keep him away from us and not to create havock and maintain peace till case is solved in court
