Hello,

What is the outcome of the EP? If the JD filed an appeal, the DH has to file his counter to the appeal and proceed on merits. If you need any clarification or advice, please feel free to contact me.

query is not clear, if A wants to file a petition, he can, but, at the stage of appeal new pleas will not be considered, which are not taken before the trial court . subsequent documents will be considered.
