Grandfather's property sold by my father without my consent

I am 32 years old & my father sold my grandfather named land without my knowledge few months ago. is there my right or not.

See if your grandfather had self acquired that property and then if it was transferred to your father then he has done no wrong and he could dispose of the property the way he wanted to.
However if it is an ancestral property and has come from great-grandfather then you become one of the coparceners and also have a share in that property

With respect to your query I bring to inform you that when property comes from ancestral line then as a valid legal heir you have right to enjoy that property without any interruption. You can file civil suit case before the Court and demand your right and also pray to declare void sale deed. You have absolute right in that property. Feel free to give your valuable feedback.
