Govt. officials took the possession of land from us

We lost a property dispute in Fab 2018 which was a chakbandi case. And we won it in high court in 2006 but due to not following it properly we wee unable to present our facts properly in front of supreme Court So court directed us to vacant the land and move to second land which were given to us by DDC But govt official took possession from us but did not provided the possession to us. Which is non compliance of SC order Now they are talking and giving response Please suggest something

File contempt of court petition before supreme court against the govt official s for disobey the court order first give letter to govt official to allot land and give possession within one month if they fails to do that within stipulated time

hello, in a land consolidation matter(chakbandi), you must have come to the HC against the order of the DDC. now you got relief from the HC but you lost the case in the SC. now the SC directed you to vacate the land in your possession and directed the DDC to allot you a land situated elsewhere which the DDC hasn't done, although he has taken possession of the land which was in your possession. this is your case if I am able to understand correctly. the DDC is in direct violation of the SC order and hence he is in contempt of Court. a contempt application has to be filed against the DDC by name which would suffice. regards

Aapki problem k liye file ki study karni padegi kyuki Supreme court k order k baad bhi koi gunjaish nahi bachti. Compliances k alawa koi aur aadhar nahi dikhta. Aapko legal advice ki zarurt hai so contact kare.
