Got Cheated By Friend For 30 Lakhs

My friend requested me to do investment with her for extra income, she first took 5 lakhs and gave profit for 2 months again asked 10 lakhs and gave 2 month profit amd finally told me that amount is stucked need to create another trading account and took 15 lakhs amd after few days absconded all this money i took from bank loans now she is un reachable , i visited police station but police refused to take my complaint telling to go to court, please advice how can i file a complaint and get my money back, am getting harrassment from banks

I understand your problem better to file private complaint after based judicial officer orders they filed fir incase you want to file civil suit better to file recovery suit incase you didn’t have any evidence also no problem better to approach your nearest advocate and any one case And relaxation from the bank harassment better to file injunction suit

hi if that particular person is not returning the amount as promised then you could send her legal notice asking her to return money otherwise file private complaint before magistrate to register the FIR

first you had to give a complaint in the cyber crime for the fraud if they don't accepted complaint state on Terrestrial FIR then you are to approach High Court I got an file a red petition extra FIR and then she will automatically get arrested if an opportunity given to me I can file a rectition and see that your amount is recovered

Hi...This is GSR RAVITEJA REDDY, Advocate first you must tell something about amount transactions done through account are cash..? if you made through account no problem you have a right to file a private compliant aganist your friend
