Q: Got Cheated By Friend For 30 Lakhs
My friend requested me to do investment with her for extra income, she first took 5 lakhs and gave profit for 2 months again asked 10 lakhs and gave 2 month profit amd finally told me that amount is stucked need to create another trading account and took 15 lakhs amd after few days absconded all this money i took from bank loans now she is un reachable , i visited police station but police refused to take my complaint telling to go to court, please advice how can i file a complaint and get my money back, am getting harrassment from banks

Q: Lost certificates, took duplicates and (found the lost certificates)
I have lost my original certificates (SSC, Diploma) in 2008 , filed a compliant in police station and took Duplicates of SSC Diploma through court order.After some time the lost certificates were found and returned to me. Here is my issue, I want continue to use original certificates (Not the Duplicates)Is there any specific procedure to use them for regular purpose?
