Given money after sale agreement but got stay on land what to do now

I reg. a sale agreement to buy a property for some amount.I paid 50 percent by cheque and 50% by cash .it was 2yrs before. The seller has accepted the transaction in the sub registrar office.later she did a fraud partition deed with her children and avoided sale deed registration. I got a stay order and filed suit for specific performance.she filed a rape case against me .I filed a fir against a fraud partition deed.Now police have given B report in false rape case for me and filed charge sheet against her for partition deed.kindly advise me for consequences will I get property or will I loses case?

You can definitely pursue your suit for specific performance as it is based on a valid contract as per your statement. Moreover the suit is based on an agreement of sale which is registered.You need to prove the content of the agreement and that can done by examining the attesting witnesses apart from your evidence.You have to prove your readiness and willingness in the suit.
