gave money to someone but cannot get return still 3 years

sir , as we gave money to a lady about 5.5 lakh about 2.5 years ago as a trust but she cannot return to us and make us fool , and she is very clever women and telling lie always and tells she donot have any fear from anyone , please tell what should i do to get return money from her and we are geeting tensionesd now , and she canot also give interst on them , please tell what should we do to recover money , and she also leave her husband , her house and her shop , please help us

Greetings for the day, In this situation wherein you gave some money to a person and now that person is not returning the same, you must approach the civil court seeking recovery of you money along with the interest as soon as possible.

it's true that in India ,most of the time law favours women but there are certain ways in which you can tackle. In this Scenario, you can send a legal notice for recovery of money and can also file a police complaint under section 406( Breach of Trust) and 420 ( Fraud).
