Magar mere cousin brother ne fake stamp bond paper par 1970. K paper banaye Hai aur usme humara ghar unke naam karliya aur register bhi karliya. About wo ghar bechne k liye Hume sataraha Hai. Ghar bechne k baad aayi Hu amount aadi ushe dene k liye dabav dalraha Hai. Uska stamp bond paper all India. state maharashtra Ka Hai aur 1970 k hai aur shayad wo stamp paper uske naam ka nahi Hai. Kya wo hyderabad mein chalega. Hum us par case karna chahate hai
Aap ka property ke details and documents ki zaroorath hai. Property kaha per hai. Is case me injunction suit dalna padega. Property jaha per hai vahi per uska case dal sakte hai. Phir bhi is case ke paper dekne ke bad actual legal proceedings ke bareme bata sakthe hai.
