Four sisters have half share in a house, which uncle's son has stolen the papers of sisters but the possession is still of 1 sister out of 4, how to do the case?

The sister in possession should file a case for partition of the property immediately and array all the co-owners as defendants to the suit. She should also file an application for stay so that the property is not sold.

Agar Kisi Ne paper Chori kar liye hain to aap uske against police mai FIR karwa sakte hai.. Aur aap apne pappers ki certified copies bhi registrar office se le sakte hai? Kya papper chori kiye hai vo bataye?
