Sir/Mam I want to change my name in CBSE certificate of class 10 and 12 which I have passed in 2012 and 2014 and change is major I have gazzete and newspaper in which I have advertised my new name so please me the procedure of court and its duration and surety as my career is based on it

You need to file a case for declaration in district court along with document supporting your present name.only after a declaration from Court same could change in the certificates issued by concerned authority
