FIR was lodged against me will that effect my police verification

In2007 I have applied for u.p.govt.job.as pharmacist. But in2010 district drug inspector launched f.I.r. on my friend and on me.after bail the case was dead.after 1 month I will get this job.what should we do and for attestation form.after full fill clearly true the attestation form the clerk can join me or not.

The reason behind launching of FIR is defacto may bound you as well the activity forwhich you was earlier convicted but bailed latter-on what-so-ever ground.
as of now the condition has to be check only after gone through to the case documents.

During the pendency of a criminal case there is no effect on your professional life. You will continue your job freely. after the final judgement against you there is many problems that I will continue your job or not. But there is also a way that u will go to the high court or supreme court against the judgement.
