Yes. Problem ho sakti hai kyunki in government jobs aapko batana hota hai ki aapke khilaaf koi criminal case to nahi chal raha. Agar chal raha hota hai to wo inform karna hota hai. Uske baad pata chalta hai. Ye bhi jaruri hai ki FIR kis section me hue hai
