FIR against false facts in sales deed

Context: i was renovating my granfather's house. we had some 1 ft empty space infront of the house, which was ours and also registered in our deed.
We decided to shift the front wall to utilize the space and did that.
My grandfather did a gift deed in my name.
So our neighbors, who have some conflicts with us, lodged an FIR mentioning that its municpal authority's land and our sales deed is false. Also there were some dimension errors in the deed which we got corrected immediately.
Municipal authority is not backing it up since we have it on our registered sanctioned map, but police maybe under some influence is forcing us to sign some forms.
what reply can we give.
Challenge that FIR before High Court directly where disclose the facts which relates to said property where court may quash that FIR for more clarity you may contact us via this platform.

as per my understanding to the query asked by you an FIR has been launched against you for extending the boundary limits of your plot . the police is either trying to bring a compromise between you and the complainant or they are trying to resolve the matter . if the gifted to you by your grandfather registered and mutated having your name against aforesaid plot . this comprises out of a civil dispute which will be adjudicated by the competent Civil Court and as such most preferably FIR is not maintainable. but for now take an arrest against the FIR .
